Lake Balboa is a district in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles. Lake Balboa Park, or Anthony C. Beilenson Park is an 80-acre recreation facility in the Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area. The centerpiece of the park is the 27 acres Lake Balboa, filled with water from the Tillman Water Reclamation Plant.
